Child Complete Insurance

If your child's age is 12 or below, and does not have dental insurance in McKinney TX, we offer the Child Membership Plan to help them get the oral health care they need at an affordable price. 

This Child Complete Membership Plan costs $25 per month. The plan will cover 2 dental exams, 2 Professional Dental Cleanings, and 2 Fluoride Treatments a year. This plan will also include any required routine X-rays and one emergency exam if needed. As well as 20% discount on procedures. This plan allows you to save at least $237.00 a year! We also offer a discount if multiple family members (same household) sign up. After first member pays we deduct $50 for each additional family member

Adult Complete

If you are looking for an affordable dental health plan, are aged 13 years or more, and don't have any periodontal disease, visit Texas Sage Dentistry and ask us about Adult Membership Plan. Our membership plan can help provide you with significant savings on dental treatments and afford regular preventive care. 

Adult Membership Plan costs $31 per month and includes 2 professional cleanings, 2 dental exams and screenings, and 1 emergency exam. The plan will also include routine X-rays, and is ideal for patients without any periodontal disease. As well as 20% discount on procedures. With the adult membership plan, you can save at least $170 a year!

Perio Membership Plan

If you have previously had gum disease and are now in an active phase of periodontal maintenance, you are eligible for our Perio Membership Plan. 

Perio Membership Plan costs $45 per month and will cover 3 Perio maintenance cleanings and 2 regular exams and screenings a year. With the Perio maintenance plan, the patient can also receive routine X-rays and one emergency exam if necessary. With this plan, you can save at least $275.00 a year.
